Arkansas Home Performance was started by Richard Costello to promote energy efficient communities.
Richard Costello has been in new home construction for 25+ years. He began building homes while studying architecture and drafting in college. Richard has performed or managed every aspect to building a house from the foundation to the roof. He built energy efficient homes in Texas and then he brought that expertise to Arkansas. For the past 10 years, Richard has applied his diverse experience and capabilities, along with his passion for improving energy efficiency, into building Energy Star Homes.
